Hello There!

This is my first, and admittedly long overdue, foray into the world of blogging. Here goes!

A little about myself…

I am a digital marketer, adventure-seeker, to-do list maker, and lifelong Cubs fan from Chicago, Illinois, the greatest city in the world (IMHO). I’m passionate about music, travel, learning, helping others, and experiencing life to its fullest.

I graduated from Northern Illinois University (Go Huskies!) with a B.S. in Marketing, and am currently pursuing a dual Masters degree from Loyola (Go Ramblers!), working towards an MBA with focus on International Business and a Masters of Integrated Marketing Communications.  I’ve been fortunate to be a part of some amazing teams with great leaders who’ve helped guide my professional career in eCommerce and digital marketing. I always look forward to meeting and collaborating with similarly passionate and energized individuals who share an interest in making the world a better place.

About this Blog…

I started this blog as a platform to share ideas around current events and issues in a variety of topics, but specifically the ones that are near and dear to my heart: music, travel, culture, politics, sports, technology, social justice, the Windy City. I’m interested in how these topics positively effect our daily lives, and also how they are inherently tied to marketing principals and practices.
